1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Sak Yant Studio, located at Torenstraat 23-a, 4811 XV Breda, The Netherlands. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Sak Yant Studio offers Sak Yant tattoos, performed in the traditional Thai style. Each design is unique and created in consultation with the client.

3. Appointments & cancellation

  • Appointments are made via the contact form, WhatsApp, or by phone.
  • Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show may result in a €50 fee.
  • Sak Yant Studio reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments for valid reasons.

4. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. We may request identification.

5. Health & preparation

  • Inform us in advance about allergies, skin conditions, medication use, or pregnancy.
  • Arrive sober (no alcohol or drugs) and well-rested for your appointment.
  • Sak Yant Studio reserves the right to refuse a session if the client's health does not permit it.

6. Aftercare

After the session, you will receive aftercare instructions. Following these instructions is the client's responsibility. Sak Yant Studio is not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are discussed in advance and depend on the chosen design and complexity.
  • Payment is due immediately after the session, by cash or card.
  • All prices include VAT.

8. Liability

Sak Yant Studio is not liable for any damage resulting from receiving a tattoo, unless demonstrable negligence on our part can be proven. Getting a tattoo is a conscious choice that carries inherent risks.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Sak Yant Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may address the competent court in Breda.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
